After a Ticket is Created
After a ticket has been created on your behalf, you will receive an email with information about your request and a ticket number in the subject line. If you do not get an automated email with a ticket number, please inform the agent you are speaking to.
If you get an email that says, "Please reply to email@example.com," this is the email that we ask you reply to if you have any further questions. You do not need to reply unless you have further questions.
