I Already Sent Payment. Why Am I Still Being Emailed that I Need to Pay?

PayPal eCheck

If you pay with PayPal eCheck, the payment will take several days to clear. Your invoice will remain due until that time.

If you pay late and use eCheck, we will be glad to verify that payment and possibly extend your due date so you may avoid suspension. Please contact our Billing department via phone or Live Chat and provide the PayPal transaction ID in question.

Check or Money Order

If you mailed us the payment, you will continue to receive the non-payment email notification until we receive your payment.

EFT

These payments take extra time to apply, so you will continue to receive the non-payment email notification until we apply your payment.
