For issues with Plesk licenses, please contact our Support department via phone or Live Chat. It takes some time to have the license regenerated, and is not something that can be fixed via live chat or over the phone.
Spam Assassin is by default activated and currently configured to run optimally. Spam Assassin has limited configuration on the server. To get to the most out of the Spam filter you can see our tutorial on the Windows Spam Filter.
