Upgrade or Downgrade SiteLock

To upgrade or downgrade your SiteLock package, follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your Billing Portal.
  2. Click Hosting from the left-hand side menu.

  3. Locate the hosting package in the listing, and click Manage.

  4. In the Overview section, click Manage for SiteLock

  5. On the next page, click Upgrade under Security Plan and across from the domain for which you wish to upgrade.

  6. You will receive a message confirming the successful activation of your new SiteLock plan.

Cancel SiteLock

Note: The following cancellation process is only applicable to Hatchling, Baby, and Business hosting plans. If you have any other type of hosting plan and would like to cancel SiteLock services, please contact SiteLock directly at (877) 257-9263. To protect the security of your account, SiteLock services must be cancelled via phone rather than email. This is due to the highly sensitive information that must be shared with a SiteLock representative as part of the cancellation process, including verification of account ownership and other specific account details. To ensure the highest levels of customer security, this process must be handled over the phone instead of email.

To cancel your SiteLock services, follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your Billing Portal.
  2. Click Hosting from the left-hand side menu.

  3. Locate the hosting package in the listing, and click Manage.

  4. In the Overview section, click Manage for SiteLock

  5. On the next page, click the Trash Can icon in the row of the domain for which you wish to cancel SiteLock.

Note: To change between packages click on the ⋯ next to the domain and then select the hosting package you wish to manage.
