How to Access and Modify CodeGuard

After you have purchased CodeGuard, the page in your billing portal will now allow you to manage and modify your CodeGuard account. This article will walk you through accessing and modifying CodeGuard.

If you have a CodeGuard account but are still prompted to purchase CodeGuard when you attempt to access it via your billing portal, this means that you are on a legacy CodeGuard account. The following section will provide directions for these accounts:


Log into to CodeGuard

To log into your CodeGuard dashboard after purchasing it:

  1. Log into your Billing Portal.
  2. Click the Hosting tab, select the desired package from the drop down, then click the CodeGuard Backup icon:

  3. Click the Login to CodeGuard button:

You will then be redirected to the CodeGuard dashboard where you can monitor, create, and restore website backups.

Upgrade CodeGuard

To upgrade your CodeGuard service to allow larger backups, or other features included in higher plans:

  1. Log into your Billing Portal.
  2. Click the Hosting tab, select the desired package from the drop down, then click the CodeGuard Backup icon:

  3. Click the link that says Upgrade:

  4. On the next page, click the Upgrade button under the plan you wish to upgrade to:

  5. Select your method of payment and complete the order on the next page.

Cancel CodeGuard

To cancel your CodeGuard service:

  1. Log into your Billing Portal.
  2. Click the Hosting tab, select the desired package from the drop down, then click the CodeGuard Backup icon:

  3. From here, please click the link labeled Cancel to proceed with canceling your CodeGuard service.
