Billing Portal - Ticket History

The Ticket History page is where you can view all past and current support tickets. This includes all of the tickets associated to your primary email address for the lifetime of the account.

View Ticket History

To view your Ticket history:

Click Here for the New Portal Experience

  1. Log into your Client Area at

    • If you cannot remember your password, click on the Forgot Password link below the login area, then follow the instructions emailed to the primary email address on file.

  2. Select the Ticket History icon in the Support Tab.

  3.  You will be able to view the 10 most recent support tickets for your entire account. 

  4. If you wish to view more than 10 tickets at a time, hover your mouse over the "1-10" portion in the Support Tickets header, as illustrated below:

    You will then have the option to display up to 100 tickets per page. You can navigate through the page by selecting the arrows in the Support Tickets header.
