Billing Portal - Contact Support

The Contact Support page is where you can directly contact support for your services. You can start a chat for answers to any of your Support, Billing, Migrations, Security, Windows Support or even Pre-Sales questions.

  1. Log into your Client Area at
    • If you cannot remember your password, click on the Forgot Password link below the login area, then follow the instructions emailed to the primary email address on file.
  2. Select the Contact Support icon in the Support Tab.

  3. You will be able to select what email address you wish to use for any potential follow up support, the domain you are having issues with, the department you believe the issue is related to, the issue category, and a specific issue subcategory.

  4. After you select the options most appropriate to your issue, the form will suggest some articles that may assist you with resolving your issue quickly. If they do not resolve your issue, please click Continue to Live Chat.
  5. Enter a more detailed description of your issue, then click Continue:

You will then be placed in a queue to speak to live support as quickly as possible. Alternatively, you may directly contact us via phone or Live Chat.
