Billing Portal - Add Packages

The Add Packages page allows you to add a new Shared, Optimized WordPress, Cloud, Reseller, VPS, Linux Dedicated, or Windows Dedicated hosting package to your existing billing account. Once the order is completed, your new hosting package will be listed within your existing billing account.

Add a Hosting Package

To purchase an additional package from within your billing account:

  1. Log into your Client Area at

    • If you cannot remember your password, click on the Forgot Password link below the login area, then follow the instructions emailed to the primary email address on file.

  2. Select the Add Packages icon in the My Account Tab.

  3. Select the package type you wish to add to your billing account.

  4. Enter the requested information, as illustrated below.

    Note: Our Promotional 20% off coupon is applied automatically to your first invoice of the new package.
  5. Select Add Package

Add a Dedicated Server or Windows Plan

A Dedicated Server package can only be added to an existing billing account via the Dedicated Server sign-up page. Additionally, all Windows packages must be added to an existing billing account via the sign-up pages below:

In the Email field under Billing Information, be sure to input the primary email address associated with your existing billing account as illustrated below.

You will then be prompted to provide a password to authenticate and add the new package to your existing billing account.
