The support ticket system login is your primary contact email address and billing password.
After Submitting a TicketAfter you've successfully submitted a ticket, you will receive an automated email with a copy of your request and a ticket number in the subject line. If you do not get an automated email with a ticket number, then we did not receive your request.
If you get an email that says, "Please reply to firstname.lastname@example.org," this is the email that we ask you reply to if you have any further questions. You do not need to reply unless you have further questions.
