PHP and PHP Settings

PHP is a general-purpose server-side scripting language originally designed for Web development to produce or making dynamic Web pages.

Our servers are already configured with standard settings for PHP that have been selected by our administrators to be the most optimal setting for a majority of our customers. Most of the default setting can be overridden by creating your own php.ini file. Unless you specifically need to change one or more of the settings, there is no need to create or modify a php.ini file. If the php.ini file does not exist in your account, then your site will use the default PHP settings defined on the server.

This collection of articles will assist you in understanding PHP and PHP Settings.  (This is not a complete listing of available articles.)
