Exporting and importing emails through Webmail

Horde

You can export emails you have stored in Horde.

1. Go to the Mail icon at the top and click the Folders icon at the top.
2. Select the folder you wish to export and choose "Download" or "Download [.zip format]" in the drop down.
3. Click OK to start the download of the MBOX or zip file.

You can also import emails to Horde.

1. Go to the Mail icon at the top and click the Folders icon at the top.
2. If you want to make a new folder for the import, select the parent folder (or select nothing to make the new folder a top level folder) and choose "Create" from the drop down.
3. Now select the folder where you want to import the emails and choose "Import Messages" from the drop down.
4. Click the Browse button and locate your MOBX file (unzip first if you have a zip file).
5. Click the Import button.
