You may speak to a Jr. Administrator at any time via phone or live chat; however, Server and Billing Administrators are only available through the ticket system. You cannot speak to those administrators in live chat or on the phone.
How to Contact an Administrator
By submitting a ticket to Support, you will have the opportunity to speak with a Server Administrator.
By submitting a ticket to Billing, you will have the opportunity to speak with a Billing Administrator.
