For shared servers, we can only open outbound ports. Please email support@hostgator.com with this request. Be sure to include the reason why you need this access.
Please note that this is not available for our Windows Shared Hosting plans.
Dedicated Server and VPS accounts can open new inbound and outbound ports. Please email support@hostgator.com with this request.
