I do not see an option to sign up as an existing customer: Add this order to my account

VPS sign up

You can only sign up on our website as a new customer. If you want to add new hosting plans to your existing account, you can purchase those from within your billing account, under Hosting Packages > Add New Package.

Shared, Reseller and Dedicated sign up

Shared, reseller and dedicated hosting plans can be added to your existing billing account by adding a new plan from within your billing account. You can also add plans by ordering on our website and entering the primary email address associated with your existing billing account (this will force you to sign up as an existing customer). Can i take my domain name and create a new hosting account? I have an employee with access to my current hosting account that keeps making changes to my domains.

Yes, you can sign-up for a hosting plan today.

After we activate your new account, fill out a form for a free content transfer (which must include the credentials we need to access the current account).

Finally, you must change the nameservers on your domain name. Erase the current nameservers and replace them with the new nameservers (which we will provide in your new welcome email).
