Cannot pay? Try MasterCard SecureCode or Verified by Visa

I apologize for the problem you are having making a payment online. For customers who are enrolled in the Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code program, the following solution may allow the payment to go through.

Some banks require that you use your MasterCard Secure Code or Verified by Visa to complete an online payment. Here is how you can do that:

  1. Login to http://gbclient.hostgator.com
  2. Go to "Make a Payment"
  3. At the bottom of the page where is says "Looking to pay with MasterCard Secure Code or Verified by Visa?" click on "Click Here."
  4. Enter your credit card information, and follow the prompts to complete your payment.

To add to my previous question. Can I pay with MasterCard virtual?

MasterCard Secure Code and MasterCard Virtual are not the same thing. MasterCard Virtual is a type of card that banks issue on the MasterCard network, while MasterCard Secure Code is a security feature, where you enter a PIN or code when making a purchase online.

If the card has a MasterCard logo, it should work, unless your bank (or your company if it is a corporate card) has restrictions on the card preventing certain types of transactions. Any such restrictions would not come from us.
