The Plesk 9 control panel was offered with Windows Dedicated Servers. We are currently using Plesk 10 for all new installations, but older dedicated server installations may still be using Plesk 9.
When you signed up for a Windows dedicated server, the link to your Plesk login page, and your username and password were emailed to you. If you would like your welcome email resent again, which contains your login details, please contact HostGator support and we will be glad to resend that to you.
Here is the basic information:
Plesk Username: admin
Plesk Login page.

Site preview URL:
http://serverIP/$sitepreview/domain.com/
Webmail:
http://webmail.domain.com
Pop/Smtp Server:
mail.domain.com
Be sure to replace serverIP and domain.com with the actual values.
How to login to Plesk
We sent you a link in your New Account email after you signed up and paid for your hosting. Inside the email is a link to your Plesk login page and your Plesk password.
- Click the link in your email, or type it into your browser.
- Your username is admin.
- Type your password, exactly as it appears. If you decide to copy&paste it, be careful you don't inadvertently copy any extra blank spaces (this is where most users make a mistake).
- Leave the Interface Language as "default", or change it to your preferred language.
- Click the "Log in" button.
