How to access e-mail using webmail - Windows dedicated

To access your mailbox through Webmail:

  1. Find a computer with Internet connection, for example, in an Internet cafe?
  2. Open a web browser, and type the URL: http://webmail.your-domain.com, where your-domain.com is the name of your domain. Press ENTER. A login screen will open. Type the full email address and password that you specified during creation of your mailbox and click Log in.

email doesn't work
This did not work. I still can't access my email. When I send an email to my address from my gmail, it bounces back. It's been a week. Help!

What if it's an addon domain. How would I go about accessing webmail for the addon domain, not the main domain?

Addon domains use the exact same method. Just be sure your domain is registered and you point the nameservers to us.
