These modules are currently installed on all servers (Linux and Windows), except as indicated below.

If you are missing any of these modules, please contact us via phone, live chat, or email support@hostgator.com with the names of the modules.
Any modules NOT listed are either not compatible or not allowed on shared, reseller or SEO Hosting.

VPS and Dedicated servers are less restrictive when requesting/applying modules.

I've found that, even though PDO, pdo_mysql, and pdo_sqlite are included in the above list, they aren't actually installed on regular and reseller packages. If you're having trouble with PDO, you'll need to go into live chat and ask the tech to install it by typing "su yum install php-pdo" - you can't do this yourself because you won't have root-level ssh access. You'll need to provide the last 4 digits of the card on file to do this, or you Paypal transaction ID. Hope this helps.

All zend modules listed in this article are installed by default for regular and reseller packages, If your site experiences errors relating to the zend optimizer please check and ensure that the code for the script is correct and that the code is optimized for the latest Zend loaders.
