What is the difference between WHM AutoPilot and WHM CompleteSolution (WHMCS)?

Brand new reseller but can't find how to get my WHMCS website login

You must signup for WHMCS, first.

Shortly after, we will email you an installation packet and key. You will create your own login information during the installation. The typical location is at http://your-domain.name/billing

(Optionally, we will offer to install the program for you, for a one-time fee of $25.)

I have installed WHMCS easlily but don't have a coockin clue how to set up my clients. $25 in ZAR is about what I earn in a week, no lie.

I signed up for WHMCS and was referred through to their website to enter details so I could claim this free license. Their system booted me with a "suspected fraud" notice. I have submitted a support ticket with them, but why would this happen?

WHMCS uses a fraud reporting tool which should not block you. If you do get caught by the fraud tool, just email sales@hostgator.com and we will request that your email is white-listed.

I wan to upgrade my whmcs to the newest version. How can I do that ?

You can go to the Help menu and choose to check for updates.

This will take you to a link where you can download the newest version.

I have a reseller package but my main domain is not hosted on that account (or with hostgator for that matter) Can I set up WHMCS up?

Sure, but you will need to use a domain which is hosted on that account.

Hi. I just applied for the WHMCS license and got the following report...

"Verification Failure

The domain you entered points to 174.122.148.155 which does not appear to be part of the HostGator network. This can be caused by being on a dedicated IP, dedicated server or an IP HostGator have not yet added to the system. If you feel this message to be an error, please contact HostGator support along with your IP for assistance."

Why am I getting this message?
