After using the system...
You will receive an automated email with a copy of your request and a ticket number in the subject line. If you do not get an automated email with a ticket number, then we did not receive your request.
If you get an email that says, "Please reply to 123456@tickets.hostgator.com", this is the email that we ask you reply to if you have further questions. You do not need to reply until you have further questions.
