Why isn't SiteStudio working?

Please run through the following check list to make sure all elements are met:

  1. SiteStudio requires the domain name to be fully propagated and resolving to HostGator. Please use the nameservers we provide and allow 48 hours for propagation.
  2. Please make sure you have requested SiteStudio from us.
  3. Make sure your cPanel password is the same password we were given to create SiteStudio. Please reply to the ticket if you would like us to update the password for SiteStudio, or change your cPanel password to the one assigned to SiteStudio.
  4. Make sure you disable hotlink protection while publishing.
  5. Make sure your image directory has the correct permissions.
  6. Your account may be over the disk quota. Please check the space available in your cPanel main page.
  7. Make sure your .htaccess on the account has no mod_rewrite rules. Please try removing or renaming your .htaccess file if you are unsure how to edit this file.
