My customer cannot login to Sitebuilder anymore. How do I fix this?

You must reset the customer's password. This may be necessary if your customer lost his Sitebuilder password.
  1. Sign in and go to Users. Find the user name in question and click it.

  2. Hit the Change Password button and enter the new password twice. Click OK and you are done.
