HostGator offers several script and application auto-installers. The auto-installer allows you to quickly install web applications and scripts like WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, phpBB, and many many other scripts.
QuickInstall (cPanel)
QuickInstall, our in-house script auto-installer, is functioning on all shared and reseller plans. It works just like Fantastico.
You can get Quickinstall for dedicated/VPS plans with cPanel (currently Plesk is not supported) by emailing support@hostgator.com with your request.
Fantastico De Luxe (cPanel)
Fantastico is a great addition to cPanel, which allows users to install the great open source software in just a few clicks.
Fantastico is available on all our shared and reseller plans, as well as Linux dedicated servers (preinstalled and includes license). (Newer dedicated servers will have it installed, older dedicated servers may have to request it by contacting support.) Fantastico is not included on VPS and not available on Windows hosting or Plesk.
Application Vault (Plesk 10)
Application Vault is available in our Plesk control panel, which is available on select VPS, Windows dedicated hosting, and Windows shared hosting.
