We at HostGator we feel like one big family and we want our customers to feel the same way. This is why we offer “HostGator Peer Support Forums.” It is a great place to get help from other customers of HostGator and offer help to other customers of HostGator. HostGator staff does also help in forums, however this is not meant to replace other support portals like chat, phones, or tickets.
Full access to the HostGator Peer Support Forums is limited to HostGator customers. If you would like to join the conversation we would be happy to help you get setup.
First you want to go to http://forums.hostgator.com/ and then click “Register.” You will then be redirected to our registration page were you will need to agree to Forum Rules. Once you have agreed you will be asked to fill out the registration form and select your preference in the “Additional Information” section.
When you have finished with the form, your registration will be reviewed and you will receive access to all of the forums within 24 hours.

We often post information for customer in the “Network Status” forum for customer to view status of there server if we are doing maintenance on a server. This is a great place to see the status of your servers maintenance and when everything will be back to normal. |
