To update your contact information for your domain name, which appears in WHOIS, please follow the directions below.
1. Login to the Domain Control Panel - Please visit your domain control panel and login on the right hand side (Manage Your Domain). If you do not know your login details and need to have them resent then please click here.
2. Click on Contact Information - Once you have logged into your domain control panel you will need to select "Contact Information."
3. Click the Edit Button - You will then see all the fields available to be changed, however they will be grayed out. You can edit them by selecting the “Edit” button in the bottom right hand corner of each section.
4. Edit Contact Information and Save - You are then able to fill out all the correct contact information for your domain name. Once you have finished updating your WHOIS information you will then be able to receive any and all emails regarding your domain and it's management.
