Using Western Union (WU) to pay is acceptable, but not recommended.
Step 1: Send Payment to HostGator
You may pay via Western Union transfer by sending payments of $25.00 or more to:
Brent Oxley
11251 NW Freeway
Houston, TX 77092
United States of America
Anything less than $25 will not be accepted.
Step 2: Notify HostGator that You Sent Payment
After your payment has been sent, please email sales@hostgator.com with the following information:
What is the Money Transfer Control Number? (MTCN)
What is the EXACT dollar amount sent?
(Do not send less than $25 or we will not take it.)
What is your first name?
What is your last name?
What is your middle name?
What is your telephone number?
What city is the money sent from?
What state is the money sent from?
What Country is the money sent from?
What is the domain name on your account?
Important Notes:
Existing Clients:
If you are an existing client, please make sure you include your domain name with us in the email so we can locate your account.
New Clients:
If you are a new client looking to get your account setup, it is recommended that you sign up online. When asked for payment type, choose PayPal during signup and create your account. However, instead of paying via the PayPal button, you will send your Western Union payment instead using the directions on this page. (See also: How can I pay for hosting during sign up?)
After you sign up online, please include your domain name with us in the email.
We are very sorry we must be so strict with Western Union payments, but we cannot accept payments below $25. Also note that these payments are non-refundable. If you request a refund, the payment will be added as credit to your hosting account.

When I access the address: "https://www.registryrocket.com/purchase-domain.asp?action=purchase",
it gives me the info:
"ERROR: Credit card was declined. Authorization Refused. (Declined by Risk Management) - This may be due to a bad credit card verification number or date. ; There was an error pre-authorizing the credit card - Could not process purchase".
I have a valid Visa card. However when I go to other websites, some of them accept my Visa and some of them don't. It could be that sometimes some website don't accept my country (I think it could be validating Visa fails for some reason).
Can you please help
Regards,
Ardian
