- Click Mail
- Click Add/Remove/Manage Accounts
- Click the Password button to the right of an email address for which you would like to change the email password for.
- In the box to the right of New Password, type the new password for the email address
- Click Change button

If the email user lost his or her password, they must contact the domain owner to have the password reset.
Once logged in, then the user can change the password.

Yes, you can do exactly that.
Just realize you won't be able to revert the password, so the email user will notice his password was changed.
