Email forwarder, how to

Email forwarders send a copy of emails and keep an original. You can setup multiple forwarders to and/or from the same account.

I have found that if you send email from Gmail to an email address which forwards back to the same Gmail, then Gmail will not receive that forward. (HostGator is the same way.)

How can I stop my HostGator email from keeping a copy?
You must delete the mailbox from Email Accounts, and only keep the forwarder. This way the email will still forward, but the emails will not be saved at the first address.
How do I delete the mailbox from my email accounts?

Can I have all the outgoing email forwarded to my email address?
No, this can only be done on a dedicated server.

Is it possible to set up e-mail accounts that forward to more than one e-mail address?
Yes you can. You just need to log into your site's cPanel and click the Forwarders icon, and then add a forwarder for each destination, like so:
support@domain.com --> email@domain1.com (click the Add button)
support@domain.com --> email@domain2.com (click the Add button)
support@domain.com --> email@domain3.com (click the Add button)

Thanks it works, but if you delete the email account, How can you send emails with the name of that account if it doesn't exist?

HostGator
You can't send emails from a non-existent account.

However, a pop client or server-side script (like PHP) can forge the email address.

My suggestion is to create the account if you want to do more than receive and forward. You'll just need to purge the mail account once in a while.

Is there a workaround or fix for this issue? I am experiencing the same.

HostGator
There is no workaround. This specific scenario just doesn't work.

Can I have all the outgoing email forwarded to my email address?
You said, dedicated server.

How to configure this settings in dedicated server?
Can i do this for multiple domains?
Like if I serve multiple clients as reseller under my dedicated server.

I don't get this. What if someone with a gmail account wants to email me, it just wont work?

The forwarder I've set up is for a target group of people that will use gmail accounts a lot.

HostGator
No, you misunderstand.

It will always work for other people.

The only time the forwarder may not work is when you try to send email from me@gmail.com to someone@domain.com which forwards to me@gmail.com.
