Are you able to send emails but not receive?

Either your domain is over quota, or your e-mail address itself is over quota. You will need to increase the amount of disk space to receive mail again.

Please sign into cPanel and look in the left menu for Disk Space Available. Make sure this is a positive number.

Next, please, click the Email Accounts icon. Check the column that says Usage, and make sure it is not higher than the Quota.

How can the email go over quota? The last message may have been large, or the quota may have been decreased while the email account was at its current size.

The other day I set the spam assasin and the box trapper, etc. this made it ask if everyone was a real live person. Because some places that I belong to are not real live people, the mail go sent back and now I am having problems getting any mail. I have gone in and disabled all the spam items, but I have tried to send to this email with other emails I have and it still asks me if I am a live person. How can I stop this

Box trapper is what asks senders to prove they are real people. You must disable the boxtrapper.

my usage is zero my quota is 10m,I have set up a blog but as yet nothing on the root, so web address is mydomain.com/home, I don't see why this should affect the email address though,works great sending but not on reply button,help needed

Even though your blog is not in the root folder, it still counts towards your disk space.

Sounds like you need to call us or join live chat so we can investigate.

I transferred my email address to Hostgater 48 hours ago but am not able to receive emails. All setup systems on my computer seem correct and test ok.
Is there a setup time at your end?

Make sure you update your nameservers or MX record and then wait up to 48 hours. There is no setup time after that.

I've got plenty of space available but still, I can only send emails and not receive any. It worked for the first days, then the few emails I had on the box dissapeared and now not any new one will show... I am a new user, the problem doesnt come from the space left...
Can you help me?

Sounds like you have a pop-client which is downloading the emails and erasing them from the server.

Check any computer or mobile device which may be setup to check your emails.
