Uploading files using FTP - Windows shared

Connect to your FTP client with the following settings:

• hostname: (Server IP from the welcome email or your domain name if it has resloved)
• username: (The username you created under FTP accounts)
• password: (The password you set for this user)
• port: 21
• Pasv Mode off

If the FTP account has the home folder set to \ (backslash), then you would need to go to:

/UserName123/DomainYouWant/wwwroot/

Drag or send your files that you wish to be displayed on your site.
