Domain Registration Refund

All domain name registrations, renewals and transfers are non-refundable, with the exception noted below.

If you have trademark issues or copyright violation, then you can request we unregister the offending domain name at any time; however, there is no refund for this.

We apologize for any inconvenience.


Hosting with Domain Registration - 45 Day Refund Policy:

Refund requests for .com, .net., and .org domain names (made within the 45 day money-back guarantee period) will have the common market value subtracted for those tld's. Any ccTLD's domain name purchases are non-refundable. Please note that domain refunds will only be considered if they were ordered in conjunction with a hosting package. Eligibility of said refunds will be determined at the time of cancellation.

I want to start by registering a domain name - and ascertaining whether it is available. I have done this befoe on this site. I am not sure why it seems so difficult this time. I intend to buy a plan, as well.

You should not be having any problems checking the availability. You can click any "Order Now" button and choose the first option "Register New Domain". Type the desired domain in the two blanks and click the [next>>] button. Our site will tell you the availability and alternate options.
