1. Login to cPanel and click Fantastico De Luxe.
2. Click the name of the script that is currently installed.
3. Click the Remove link and follow the proceeding directions.
This will uninstall all the files, databases, and users associated with the script in just a few clicks.

I was focused on that and not the fact that you Must click on the "Wrodpress" link in the left hand column (under blogs), and THEN it will show you all of the wordpress installations that are in the system. It is THERE that you will see the 'remove' link.
