1. Login to cPanel and click Fantastico De Luxe.
2. Click the name of the script that is currently installed.
3. Click the Remove link and follow the proceeding directions.
This will uninstall all the files, databases, and users associated with the script in just a few clicks.

How to remove a script from Fantastico
There may be a time when you would like to remove a script which was installed through Fantastico De Luxe. If the script was installed through Fantastico, we recommend to remove it through Fantastico as well. It's as easy as installing a Fantastico script. To remove a Fantastico script, please do the following:

This description threw me because I had a wordpress install that also required an update. This is what was showing up in the Fantastico home page, And I didn't see a "Remove" link there.
I was focused on that and not the fact that you Must click on the "Wrodpress" link in the left hand column (under blogs), and THEN it will show you all of the wordpress installations that are in the system. It is THERE that you will see the 'remove' link.

You cannot install more than one script in the root directory of a domain.
