Special Note about Invoices:
Invoices in GatorBill will be generated five days ahead of time. If you do not pay with automatic payments, GatorBill will attempt to send you an email notification about the new invoice. Remember, you will not receive the "invoice generated" email notification if you have a credit card on file which automatically pays that invoice.
To access your new billing account, go to https://gbclient.hostgator.com/ and log in with the primary email on your account and password.
If you cannot remember your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link below the login area.
Once you have logged in, your billing home page will display your Account Overview including Recent Support History, Package Statistics, and Payment History.
Navigation Bar Overview
The bar along the left side of the page will let you navigate to various areas of your billing account.
General Details
Account Overview (Home) - Takes you back to your home page with the general information for your account.
Edit Contact Information - Change contact information for your account such as your address and phone number. If you would like to change your primary email address, click on the link at the bottom of this page and we will confirm your new email address and email an authorization key to you.
Change My Password - Lets you change your password. Use one of your choice, or choose to have a random one generated for you.
Notification Settings - Choose the email address where you would prefer to receive account notifications.
Billing Details
Make a Payment - Allows you to make a manual payment by credit card or PayPal. If you have no invoices due, it will look like this. After the first 90 days, you can over-pay your invoice to add credit to your billing account which will be automatically used to pay future invoices. If you need to add a credit during the first 90 days, please email sales@hostgator.com with the reason why you are adding credit to your account.
Update Credit Card(s) - Add a new card or update current credit card information.
View Payment History - Shows full payment history for your account.
View Transaction Log - Shows detailed information about your payments.
Account Credits - Lists credits applied to your account. After the first 90 days, you can add credits to your billing account which will be automatically used to pay future invoices. If you need to add a credit during the first 90 days, please email sales@hostgator.com with the reason why you are adding credit to your account.
Manage Subscriptions - Allows you to create a PayPal subscription to automatically make payments for you.
Support Tickets
Create a Ticket - Use this form to submit a ticket directly to our sales, support, or security admins.
View All Past Tickets - See your complete history of tickets.
Add an Email Address - Add an existing ticket system email address to your ticket overview.
Hosting Packages
Add New Package - Sign up for new HostGator hosting plans.
View Hosting Packages - Displays your Hosting Package information.
Contact us
Lists various ways to reach us via phone or email. There is even a second Create a Ticket link for convenience.
