I paid all the invoices that were due on my account, why am I still suspended?

Your account will remain suspended until you contact HostGator by phone, live chat, or email sales@hostgator.com with your information.

Once you contact us, please tell us your domain name and "I just paid all the invoices due on my account, please reactivate." We will unsuspend your account immediately.

If the last payment was late, we will apply a $10 late fee.
