I need a copy of my payment invoices. How do I get them?

At this time we are unable to email a copy of your transaction, but you can print a receipt from within our billing system.

Please sign in at http://hostgator.com/billing, and under My Finances click Invoices. Scroll down to the desired invoice and click the Invoice Number in the first column. This will give you a full paged invoice that you can print for your records.

How can I see my credits?

You cannot see your credits in the Modern Bill system. We are working on our own billing system to eliminate these inconveniences.
