You can update your contact information, including your primary email address, by logging into your Client Area using the steps below.

Changing Contact Information

1. Login to Your Client Area - Please visit your billing account and login. If you cannot remember your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link below the login area and a password will be sent to the primary email on file.
2. Click on Edit Contact Information - Once you have logged into your billing account you will need to select “Edit Contact Information” from the Left Side Bar under the “General Details” section.
3. Edit Your Contact Information - You will then be taken to the Edit Contact Information Page, where you can edit Name, Secondary Email, Company, Address, City, State, Zip Code, Country, and Phone Numbers.
4. Click on Update Information - Be sure to click "Update Information" to save your changes.
Changing Your Primary Email Address
You are not able to change the Primary Email on the Edit Contact Information page, but if you follow the link at the bottom of the page, it will take you to a page where you can.
Where is says "You can change your email address by going to this page," click the words “this page” to go to the page where you can change your primary address. (Note: This will take you to a new page, so be sure to click the “Update Information” button first if any changes have been made.)

Once you click the “this page” link you will then be asked for the new email. Once entered, we will email you an authorization key immediately to the email you have just provided.
Check your email and then provide the authorization key back to the billing system and your primary email address will be changed to the new email you have provided.
