How can I update my billing info?

Most updates can be done inside http://hostgator.com/billing.

Do I have a credit card on file?
Simply sign in at hostgator.com/billing and at the top, under My Info, click View. Here, you can see the last 4 digits of the credit card (if we have one on file).

Simply sign in at hostgator.com/billing and at the top, under My Finances, click Update Credit Card. Before you submit the change, be sure to place your billing password in the last blank. (The same password which you just used to login to the billing tool.)

You might see [warning] Your Billing Method must first be changed to 'CC Batch'. Please call us, join live chat, or email sales@hostgator.com and provide this error message.

Update Account Owner: Movie Tutorial
Simply sign in at hostgator.com/billing and at the top, under My Info, click Update.

Update Your Billing Password:
Simply sign in at hostgator.com/billing and at the top, under My Info, click Change Password.

View Your Current Hosting Plans:
Simply sign in at hostgator.com/billing and at the top, under My Sites, click Packages.

I paid the first time with Paypal. I cannot figure out how to change my billing to a regular system so that I do not forget to pay. How do I change my system to pay each month through Paypal OR to add a credit card number into my account?

Just call us or join us in live chat so we can change your payment method to credit card.

Or if you want to continue using PayPal, simply wait until your next invoice is created, and choose to pay with a PayPal subscription.
